Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver: We currently deliver to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Shipping rate: A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is also calculated at checkout from your delivery address.

Processing: After payment, your order is checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive 6–10 business days after you order. Delivery dates are estimates. Carriers can be delayed by weather, holidays and customs.

Tracking: When your order ships, the carrier and tracking number appear on your order page. Open it from the page you see after checkout, or sign in to your account with the email you used to order. We do not send a separate shipping email.

Delays: If we expect your order to ship later than the time stated above, we will email you. You can then choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Address: Please check your delivery address before you pay. Contact us right away if it needs correcting. We cannot change it once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
