Returns & 2-Year Warranty

Return window: You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories.

How to start a return: Email support@igogear.store with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send a parcel back before you have our instructions.

Return shipping: You pay the cost of sending an item back. If an item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will cover the return or send a replacement.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The original shipping charge is refunded only if the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos.

Cancellations: An order can be cancelled before it has been packed. Contact us as soon as possible.
