Privacy Policy

What we collect: Your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and the details of your order. Card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it: To take payment, deliver and support your order, send order-related emails (including your sign-in code if you use an account), and prevent fraud.

Who receives it: Stripe (payments), our email provider, the fulfillment partner that packs and ships your order (your name, delivery address and phone number only), and the delivery carrier. iGoGear also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags to understand how the site is used and how advertising performs. You can limit these in your browser settings or in Google's ad settings.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights: You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law. Email support@igogear.store and we will reply within 45 days.

How long we keep it: Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, dispute and legal purposes.

Children: Our stores are not intended for children under 13.
